From the very first contact I made with them, they did absolutely everything they said they would do and exactly on time. I first spoke with Anna with whom I arranged for a visit to quote. I was told that I would be contacted by Mark (The Boss) who would call round to assess our requirements and provide a quote. Mark arrived exactly on time, he talked us through the services he could provide and we agreed a package that included a full packing service, collection from our old house on one day and delivery to our new house on the following day. We accepted Mark’s quote and our move date was pencilled in. Anna then made regular contact to monitor the progress of solicitors in confirming our move dates.

On the day of our move out of our old house, the packing team arrived exactly on time at 08.30 to commence their work, with the rest of the move team arriving shortly afterwards. They were all totally professional in their work and we basically watched on while they took care of everything.They finished moving us out at 18.30.

The following morning our solicitors advised us that we had completed at 11.00, I called Mark to advise him and he and the team arrived about thirty minutes later to start moving us in. They worked incredibly hard unloading two vehicles and placing everything in the places that we designated. Once again they finished a thoroughly professional job at about 18.30.

This was a huge move out of a five bedroom house and the only damage was a a broken glass in a picture frame, which Mark instantly offered to pay for.

Over all, it was a thoroughly professional move, including a lot of heavy furniture, on a very hot day. The whole team were friendly and good humour throughout. They looked after our belongings and they looked after us. All they asked of us was lots of tea, biscuits and cold drinks. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A huge “Thank you” to Mark, Anna and the rest of the team.

On the day of the move of my elderly parents they arrived on time and were friendly and organised in their way of loading the van, they worked extremely hard on a hot day and nothing seemed too much trouble what was brilliant too they told us not to empty drawers of clothes which was a godsend because the move happened really quickly in the end so not many days to finish the packing

We were left waiting to exchange and complete on the new property but mark gave us his mobiles number and we just rang him when we were ready to meet at the new property and they unloaded and put each piece of furniture and box in the correct rooms

Mark rang us once back at the office for us to pay

An EXCEPTIONAL service from first contact to the delivery. Communication with Ana, clear, timely & accurate. Extremely patient, flexible, friendly and understanding with the uncertainty of ‘moving out’ and moving in’ dates. Two teams to remove, one from Bath to storage & one to deliver to the Northeast. Both did a superb job especially battling against the northeast coast wind and rain on Tuesday! Storage for 4.5 months, everything arrived in great condition. Exceptional value for the money!

I never plan to move again but without a doubt would use Comfort Moves & have & will continue to recommend them! A Huge Thank You!

Booked our move with the Comfort Moves team after receiving their competitive quote from the very helpful and friendly Mark. On the day, Mark and his partner arrived on time and got to work straight away. They worked terrifically hard, moving everything we had arranged with them - including some very heavy and awkward items - and were polite and enthusiastic throughout. Agnes in the office answered every question I asked promptly and efficiently. Can't recommend the company highly enough.

We were so impressed with the guys at Comfort Moves. We were moving our elderly parents from a house to a flat, and had organised for Comfort Moves to do the packing and removals. The 2 guys were brilliant - really efficient and friendly. They had a 'can do' attitude and just got on with it, working so hard. Moving is stressful at the best of times, but they certainly managed to take some of that stress away which was so useful. I would recommend Comfort Moves for any sort of removal job.

Comfort moves was the most affordable mover we could find, however they gave stellar and premium service. The workers were very professional, asked questions about where to put things if they were in doubt. They additionally went the extra mile in avoiding upsetting our indoor cats, by giving us advance notice of which room they were doing and when.

On move in day they arrived minutes after keys were handed over, cleaned their boots and unloaded both lorries in under 2 hours. All was done by 2pm and baby room completly done on the day!
